About

Manmohan Gupta (CEO)

Manmohan Gupta, having started to work in his early 20’s, moved to Hyderabad in 1993 and started to run a flour mill on lease. With experience, insight, he quickly purchased a sick unit in early 2000’s, and that’s when Suprabhat was conceptualised. He pioneered consumer packing, and had the foresight to launch mill atta in 5 kg and 10 kg packs, and was one of the first few mills in the city to have both roller flour mill, with state of the art machines, and a Chakki mill running in the same premises. Slowly, he expanded and deployed a Bansi plant as well.

Gradually, from manual packing, FFS machines and online packing was deployed, and the entire mill was redesigned and operational changes were made based on years of experience.

Today, he handles the backbone of the mill, and guides both his sons to assist him and grow the business.

Gyan Vardhan Gupta (Director)

Gyan graduated with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras (2013) and earned his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (2015). He then spent over three years at Amazon’s Private Brands team—launching staple products as Product Development and Sourcing Manager—before joining the family business in 2019.

There, he quickly ramped up sales through e‑commerce partnerships with Udaan, Amazon and Flipkart, built a strong consumer‑packaging division and introduced new products. In 2023, his brother Yesho came on board, further expanding their customer base in the consumer‑packaging space, as Gyan continues to explore a new vertical in the education space as well!

Yesho Vardhan Gupta (Director)

Yesho has always believed that embracing new challenges, learning quickly, working diligently toward his goals, and communicating effectively across all levels are key strengths that define his character. After completing his B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, he began his professional journey as a software developer at Cisco, where he gained over two years of valuable experience. Coming from a business-oriented family, Yesho had long aspired to transition away from purely technical roles. The opportunity came when he enrolled at ESSEC Business School, where he pursued his studies across both Paris and Singapore campuses. This international exposure laid the foundation for his next leap.

Following his education, Yesho spent a year in Singapore helping grow an SEO solutions company—an experience that sharpened his understanding of digital business and expansion strategies. He then returned to join the family business, where he now plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s position in the consumer packaging space. Under his leadership, the business has not only deepened its ties with existing partners but also forged new collaborations with prominent quick commerce companies such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Eat-Club, driving growth and innovation in the industry.
